Here is a quick ABS workout that you can easily perform at home, gym or outside. It’s quick and easy but VERY effective when performed correctly. This workout consists of 5 moves; Mountain Climbers, Plank, crunches, toe touches and Plank. This workout is most effective when done after a run, jog or any sort of aerobic exercise. Ensure you breath and take your time when doing this exercise.
