  4. I enjoy this very much. I ove these floor legs lifting exercises without too many crunches but they seems too easy. May be I do need to do this for a long period of time. I love that you said, we will do 10 and then went on to say we will do 20 as if you just want to ease us in less painfully but painful nonetheless 😜.
