  1. hi K! thanks for your videos,im a man and im happy to see someone skinny just like me:) watching some muscle mass vids and fitness too, i know atleast i wont be big, but i could be fit and strong only need some right excercises, i do barbell, dumbell excercises but there are days when i m not at home so i could your excercises. most important thing for me i dont want to hurt myself and there are many dumb body building videos on youtube, "pushhardergainbig" then injure your joints shoulders…
