:30 sec. 2 Handed Kettlebell Swings ❀️
:30 sec. Rest
:60 sec. Goblet Squats πŸ‘
:30 sec. Rest
:90 sec. Deadlifts πŸ’€
:60 sec. Rest

Repeat for 3-5 rounds
