1. Warm Up: Cardio Medium level: 10 Mins
2. Wide Pushups: 3 sets 15 reps
3. Dumbbell Chest Press: 3 sets 15 reps
4. Bench Cable Fly: 3 sets 15 reps
5. Tricep Extension: 3 sets 15 reps
6. Tricep Pushdown: 3 sets 15 reps
7: Finisher: Pushups or Chest pullups
8: Final Fat burner Cardio!!!! The MOST EFFECTIVE Fat Burner!!
