For the last few months, I have been successfully gaining muscle on a vegan diet, and I wanted to share how with you!
I’ve been getting so many questions about what I do to gain muscle on a vegan diet, so I decided to just put it all together in a blog post and video. I have put together my 8 favorite tips on everything I do in the gym, my workout routines, and what I eat to gain muscle on a vegan diet!

  1. as a personal trainer i agree with everything you are saying. you could get certified in just a few months. it took me 5 months to get my certification. getting a job however took almost 2 years. thats why we moved to chicago a few months ago so i could get a job in it. yay for super sets.
