Equipment:
1 Heavy weight
Resistance Bands (optional)
Mat (optional)
Water

You can also use a resistance band to do the romanian deadlifts, instead of the heavy weight. If you don’t have either, just grab a heavy object in the house for the romanian deadlifts!

4 Rounds, 10 exercises, 30 seconds each exercise with a 15 second recovery.
