Hello loves and HAPPY MONDAY!
I’m coming down with a cold or something so no speaking in this video for me today. But wanted to let you guys know I tried out some new workouts this weekend for me legs/booty and loved it. Most of it was new for me except the hip thrusts but I added 20lbs to that workout! Normally have been doing 25lbs on each side and decided to go for the 35s this time. The burn. was. real.
