This workout is great for anyone without gym access, or just looking to get a quick chest pump from anywhere.
For this chest workout, perform each exercise for 10 reps then rest for 10 seconds between exercises. After doing all 5 exercises, rest for 1 minute (this completes 1 round) and repeat. Do as many as you can to really burn out your chest. I recommend 3-4 rounds to really feel this workout!
1) Incline Pushups for 10 Reps
2) Close Grip Pushups for 10 Reps
3) Regular Pushups for 10 Reps
4) Wide Grip Pushups for 10 Reps
5) Decline Pushups for 10 reps
